Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We’re a small, independent brand, which means we pack and post every order with care. As we grow, we hope to expand international shipping in future.
What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?
When a product is marked as pre-order, it means it’s not ready to ship just yet. Your payment will be taken at checkout, and you’ll see the estimated dispatch date on the product page. If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will ship together once everything is ready.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched:
- Free standard delivery on orders over £20
- Standard delivery (2–4 business days): £2.95
You’ll receive an email once your order is on its way. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail from the UK.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If something's not quite right, you can return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please email Angeliqua@coterielibrary.com to start a return. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email a photo of the damaged item and your order number to Angeliqua@coterielibrary.com so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
Do you offer digital versions of the journal?
Not at the moment. A Life to Create is designed to be a screen-free experience.
How do I use the journal?
There’s no right or wrong way. Some people fill in a chapter a week, others dip in and out when they need a moment of calm.
